These are permanent full-time positions within a well-organised municipal healthcare service in North Troms. You will join a dedicated home care team providing high-quality healthcare services to people living in their own homes. The role offers a varied workday, close patient follow-up, professional responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s daily lives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care in both institutional and community-based services
• Health assessments, treatment and follow-up of patients
• Collaboration with physicians, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
• Participation in rehabilitation, preventive care and health promotion activities
• Supervision of students and colleagues when relevant
• Contributing to quality improvement and development of healthcare services

Qualifications:

• Authorisation as a registered nurse within an EU/EEA country
• Good communication skills in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, or willingness to learn Norwegian
• For international candidates, Norwegian language training can be provided
• Valid police clearance certificate before commencement
• Driving licence category B is required
