About WorkID

WorkID is an AI hiring platform for startups, scale-ups and recruiting agencies. Angie, our AI sourcing agent, finds and screens candidates on WorkID and LinkedIn, and every candidate's identity, work history and references are verified before they reach the employer. We're an early-stage team based in Norway, selling in the US and Europe, and we've just launched per-seat pricing. Now we need someone to take it to market.

The role

You'll own go-to-market end to end: positioning, channels, campaigns and the numbers behind them. We don't need someone to run a playbook. We need someone who can find out what works for a new product, quickly, and then scale it. You'll work directly with the founders and have real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Shape positioning and messaging for our main customer groups: startups, in-house recruiting teams and agencies
• Come up with GTM hypotheses across channels (outbound, paid, content, SEO, partnerships, communities) and test them fast with small budgets and clear success criteria
• Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does, and scale the winners into repeatable channels
• Set up and own the funnel metrics: from first touch to trial to paid
• Launch campaigns, landing pages, emails and content together with the team
• Bring market and customer insights back into the product and pricing

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of taking a SaaS product to market from zero. You've done the first launch yourself and can show what it led to.
• Several years in B2B SaaS marketing or GTM, with startup experience
• A creative thinker who comes up with unexpected angles and isn't afraid to try them
• An experimenter at heart: you write a hypothesis, test it in days rather than months, and read the data honestly
• Hands-on: comfortable doing the work yourself, not just planning it
• Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, recruiting or other products sold to recruiters and hiring managers
• Experience launching in both the US and European markets
• Comfort with AI tools in your own workflow
