Head of FX Sales Stockholm

• Lead a business-driven team focused on profitability, customer value and sustainable growth through proactive client engagement and strong internal collaboration.

• Strengthen client relationships through a strong risk advisory and solution-oriented approach.

• Develop our FX Services to be the preferred choice for small and mid-sized corporates, as well as selected large corporate clients.

• Ensure to be at the forefront of managing customers’ currency flows linked to international payments.

• Attract and retain high performing employees who are committed to the One corporate business idea of scaling business and achieving excellence in daily banking support and service.

• Maintain a high and healthy profitability and a sound risk level in own portfolio.

• Assess and improve the performance of your team members.

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

• Extensive experience in Foreign Exchange (FX), including FX sales and advisory services for corporate clients.

• Proven ability to drive sales growth, business performance and sustainable results.

• Strong relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
