About the Role

This is a business-critical role in an international industrial and technical environment where procurement plays a central part in performance, quality, and long-term value creation. You will step into a position with broad responsibility across sourcing, supplier strategy, and commercial decisions, working close to Sales, Operations, and other key stakeholders.

You will help shape how purchasing is managed across suppliers, tenders, and internal processes, while balancing business needs, compliance, and global ways of working. The role suits you if you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and want to work in an environment where your decisions have clear commercial impact. Job Description

• You will develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• You will identify, qualify, and develop suppliers in both local and global markets.
• You will build and manage supplier relationships and define supplier strategies based on business needs.
• You will run multiple tenders and procurement-related projects in parallel.
• You will take commercial responsibility in supplier dialogues, including negotiations and contract management.
• You will support efficient and compliant purchasing processes.
• You will drive process improvements and standardization in line with global guidelines.
• You will work closely with cross-functional and international teams to move initiatives forward.
• You will contribute to best practices within HSE, business ethics, compliance, and procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, negotiations, contract management, and supplier management.
• Good understanding of financial structures and supply markets.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Technical understanding from education or experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT category management.
