On behalf of our clients, DB Partner is now hiring Production and Logistics Workers for exciting opportunities in Herøy and Lovund.

A workplace close to the ocean
You’ll become part of a modern seafood production environment, working with high-quality salmon alongside an international and supportive team.
Your tasks will vary between production and logistics:
Production work:
- Handling and processing salmon in different production lines
- Slaughtering, filleting, and trimming fish
- Quality control and sorting
- Following strict hygiene and food safety standards
Logistics work:
- Preparing goods for shipment
- Picking, packing, and palletizing products
- Loading and unloading goods
- Forklift driving (if certified)
- Supporting efficient warehouse and production flow
Life outside of work
When the workday ends, something special begins:

Who are we looking for?

- Have experience in production or logistics (not required)
- Hold a forklift license (a plus)
