Facility Services Specialist

You will play a key role in developing and improving tenant-facing facility services in a modern multi-tenant innovation campus. The role combines service development, customer experience, supplier management, and commercial coordination in an environment where many services need to work together smoothly every day.

You will work close to tenants, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to strengthen service quality, improve workflows, and make sure agreements, processes, and administration support a high-performing workplace. • You will drive the development and continuous improvement of tenant-facing facility services across the campus.
• You will lead initiatives in public areas and improve service-related processes, signage, workflows, and operational documentation.
• You will support customers with workplace and office management expertise, including guidance related to workplace regulations.
• You will prepare, update, and maintain service agreements with tenants and help ensure that service levels match business needs.
• You will manage customer administration, including service records, pricing information, and operational details.
• You will contribute to budgeting, cost structures, invoicing frameworks, and commercial support connected to service delivery.
• You will own supplier dialogue, follow up on KPIs and SLAs, and drive reviews, audits, and improvement discussions.
• You will coordinate tenant onboarding and offboarding and help strengthen tenant care, communication, and engagement initiatives.
• You will plan and coordinate tenant events together with suppliers and support broader campus development activities.
• You will maintain templates, guidelines, reporting, and internal coordination linked to supplier services and customer billing.

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in facility services, workplace services, property management, or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience in supplier management, KPIs, compliance, service agreements, contract lifecycle management, and operational development.
• Relevant post-secondary education in Facility Management, Property/Real Estate, or a related field.
• You communicate professionally in English and Swedish.
• You work in a structured way, handle documentation with high accuracy, and can drive several initiatives independently.

• Relevant certifications within Facility Management, Property/Real Estate, or related areas.
• Chinese language skills.
