At Bygghemma, we believe that every customer interaction is an opportunity to improve. We're now looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who is passionate about solving problems, creating great customer experiences, and making a real impact on our business.

In this role, you will be at the intersection of customers, suppliers, logistics, and e-commerce operations. You'll help us understand what's driving customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we deliver on our promises.

What you'll do

• Engage directly with customers and help turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to improve delivery performance and customer communication.
• Drive initiatives that make it easier for customers to track and receive their orders.
• Use data, feedback, and curiosity to continuously improve the customer journey.
