Electronics assembler with a Technical Interest

Lind’s production is based in Bromma, where the team maintains a strong focus on quality, hands-on assembly and technical innovation.

The role

This is a varied role where you will combine electronic and mechanical assembly with troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical support for your colleagues in production.

You will be an important part of the production team, working with the assembly and testing of electrical, electronic and mechanical components in LIND's high-tech products. The work takes place in a production environment with high quality standards, where every detail matters to the final product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling wiring, connectors and electrical components

• Performing basic testing and functional checks

• Reading and following electrical diagrams, instructions and assembly drawings

• Troubleshooting and resolving deviations when needed

• Supporting colleagues in production with technical questions and problems

• Contributing to continuous improvements of processes and quality

• Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams

As LIND is a smaller company, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence how things are done and contribute to the continued development of the business. One day you may be focused on assembly, while the next you may be troubleshooting a product or finding a smart solution to improve the production process.

The position is based in Bromma and the working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is quality-conscious, solution-oriented and enjoys practical work with opportunities to develop. You have experience in electronics and enjoy working hands-on with electronic components and products. You are humble, flexible and comfortable working in a startup environment where you are expected to take responsibility for both larger and smaller tasks.

The role will suit someone who enjoys working in an environment where processes are not always fully defined and where you have the opportunity to help build structure and improve ways of working.

Requirements:

• A few years of experience from manufacturing or production, preferably involving precise assembly work

• Good ability to read electrical diagrams and assembly drawings

• Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing

• A few years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably in a production environment

It is a plus if you have:

• Education or training within electrical engineering or electronics

• Experience within mechanics or another practical technical field

• Good communication skills in Swedish

• Experience in electronics troubleshooting is highly desirable
