We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the product strategy and execution for a fast-growing AI SaaS startup.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and operating model, working closely with the founders, engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. Your goal will be to transform customer needs and market opportunities into scalable AI-powered products that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the company’s product vision and strategy.

• Own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and product development lifecycle.

• Lead and develop the product management and product design functions.

• Identify high-impact use cases for AI, automation, and data-driven features.

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable SaaS products.

• Conduct customer discovery and turn insights into product requirements.

• Define product metrics and use data to improve activation, retention, and revenue.

• Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

• Establish effective product discovery, experimentation, and delivery processes.

• Ensure responsible and transparent use of AI across the product.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with commercial thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on experience building B2B SaaS products. Experience with AI-powered products, early-stage startups, and scaling product organisations is highly desirable.
